(December 8, 2019, 12:23 am)The best Vietnamese dry noodles ???? in San Jose. This place has been in business for many years . This restaurant is always busy , but the wait is never long . The parking is hard to find .
The restaurant itself has a huge selection of food on its menu . However, what every one gets is the dry noodle ????. It comes with a bowl of noodle with its secret sauce with shrimp ???? and pieces of pork meat . And you get a small bowl of broth soup . And this pairs well with the sweet green peppers. The pepper are home made and it’s easy to stack about 5-10 peppers in your bowl . I highly recommend this place .

(December 7, 2019, 8:15 am)A must try if you're from out of town! My go to item on the menu is the #1 hu tieu nam vang dry. They give you an option for soup as well but the dry version is what the majority orders.
