Once Upon a Dosa

Hosted an onsite Fusion taco bar and Dosa party catering in Novemeber and was extremely pleased with the service. The onsite chef's were amazing, friendly and were individually catering to the needs of our party guests while making dosas. Quality of the food was superior, doasas, chutney, Sambhar, Veggie pulav had great flavors. Badam halwa was divine, and the guests were going in for seconds. What was special about the service was all the food was served in decent server ware instead of the regular aluminum trays. Would definitely recommend them for any family events and get-together. Thank you

Freshness of home made food that is delicious and mouth watering. All age groups loved the dosa (12 varieties to choose from) ans fresh spongy idli. Apart from the food itself the utensils and entire set up was hygienic and clean. I will 100% recommend once upon a dosa for catering service.

Food was tasty and an interesting twist on dosa. Not enough to distract from the small portion size for a fairly expensive meal. I asked for utensils but did not get any. Since it’s a cloud kitchen there’s nobody to talk to from the restaurant but the front desk gave me a set of dinky spoon and a fork which is enough to eat a waffle I guess?
Tl;dr: Tasty food, full service menu cost but half the portion and no service. I’ll pass.

I ordered the Hariyali Aloo waffle and curry bowl thru DoorDash. I love dosas. This was the first time I had dosas disguised as waffles! The taste was amazing. I also ordered the Coconut Mango dessert which was basically mango flavored waffle topped with mango sauce and fresh mangoes. Had to fight with my wife for the last piece :D
Next time will remember to order 2 :)
