Special Noodle

This place just opened, n decided to give a try and it was good experience overall. I especially loved friendly, accommodating service by Chris!
It’s hard to find a place with good Sheng Jian Bao(fried XLB)but theirs were really good. Tasty soup n shell was crunchy. Also had XLB n stone pot beef noodle soup. Their broth for the soup was flavorful and stone kept the food hot. Will come back with more friends next time!

This restaurant and their service is not only adorable
but the food is really good too! We had the Tofu Skin as
an appetizer, XLB and spicy clam special stone pot. All
were delicious, and let me tell you, they weren't kidding
about the special stone pot being spicy (in the best way
possible). They did tell us they can adjust the spice level
if you ask though. They prepare the soup (which can be
shared) in front of you and the aroma once the soup
hits the stone is amazing!. The service was wonderful
and accommodating, and just charming all around
Would definitely recommend for a different experience
and to help support a new small business!

Excellent service that you can never get in any other
Chinese restaurants and we were surprised. The lady
spoke Cantonese, mandarin and English, very friendly.
The food tasted good. Their famous dish is the stone
pot fish where they put hot stones at the bottom of a
bucket and pour hot broth on thin fish filets to cook. It
also has veggie and thick rice noodle along with fish
balls and a piece of fried tofu.
The pastry items are also their signature dishes. We
tried the steamed soup bun (XLB) and the pan fried
bun. They are very juicy inside! And the XLB is relatively
bis.
The sticky rice ribs is a bit disappointing as there are too
much sticky rice and not enough ribs, so not all sticky
rice has enough flavor. The ribs are soft enough and in
good flavor, but we need more of them.
