(June 22, 2020, 8:57 am)I came here multiple times for free Wi-Fi before the pandemic. It was very relaxing with music playing at the coffee shop. Restrooms were clean. This coffee shop is a stress reliever away from home. I wish this coffee shop goes back to pre-pandemic mode in the future.

(February 13, 2017, 9:09 am)My favorite Starbucks in the Willow Glen area mainly because you can get reserve coffee. This location is perhaps the biggest Starbucks in the Willow Glen area. There is a lot of place to sit. Customer service is good; I haven't ever had any customer service issues at any Starbucks in the Country. The reserve coffee does take a finite amount of time but I received my venti coffee much faster than in San Francisco near Pier 39.
