Starbucks

This is review of Starbucks during Covid times. Decided to treat myself to frappe. As I reach outside the store was not sure what's the order process. There was one person ahead of me, so I couldn't go closer to read the directions. Once that person got done..this is how I ordered. You don't go inside the store. Press the button and a employee will come to take your order, which was quick. Also the barista will bring a plastic container to put your payment ( I paid with CC) Once you are done..move to the right side and stand on one of the circles made for people to pick order while social distancing. Once your order comes, u pick the order and ur credit card and u are all set.

I've been coming here awhile and steadily watched the service get better and better. I was particularly impressed the last time I came in a few days ago. The gentleman came to the register to help me right away, everyone was incredibly friendly and pleasant, and I watched them acknowledge another customer who was a regular personally by name. This is how Coffee shops SHOULD BE. Starbucks often gets lost in being such a large chain that they forget what their original purpose in making connections really is. Came on here to give props to this location's current employees for stepping up and standing out. Hopefully whoever is leading can continue to set a great example and keep this location to a high standard.

Clean, calm, respectful. Just watch valuable property in your vehicle high theft area.

This is a nice sized Starbucks, not a ton of room inside but a fair number of tables plus a good sized outdoor seating area that is covered. The employees are friendly and try to get to know you. Good wifi and your standard Starbucks fare. There's a code for the bathroom but the employees will give you the code without issue.
