Tortas Ahogadas Jalisco

Just had a torta ahogada sandwich and a tostada de pollo. Absolutely delicious! The sauce the torta rests in is so flavorful and the pork taste so fresh. The combination of pulled pork, savory sauce,sourdough bread and delicious beans makes great food experience. I took home a torta de panela and can't wait to taste it. En hora buena to this comfy little food gem.

THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS I would really recommend it because the prices aren't as high as other places and I would really want you to try it. They also have amazing service

The food was delicious we have tried other places before and agreed this is our first choice from now on and are looking forward to trying other dishes.

Dropped into this place as we were in our way to another taqueria. We were going to run in and order some tacos to-go but decided to stay because the couple who owns the place were so friendly and it felt cozy. We ordered menudo, carnitas and pollo tacos. The menudo was excellent even though it does not have hominy like I am accustomed. The tacos were good but I regret not ordering a torta since that is their speciality. After remarking to them how great the menudo is I suggested they make more soups. They said they are going to be doing a soup of the day which will include Caldo re Pollo, Caldo de Res, Albondigas, Posole and Menudo every day. I'll definitely be back for the soups!

The food is super delicious and prices are reasonable. I enjoyed the food, customer service, and location.
