Umi Hand Roll Bar

I’m impressed with the packaging for delivery! The uni hand roll was amazing! I liked the idea of the truffles in the hand rolls but tbh I couldn’t really taste the truffle. Everything was delicious though. However $6-$10 per hand roll is kind of pricey.

I love sushi and finally found a hand roll place in San Jose, Uni hand roll bar. I got the combo, three hand rolls, seaweed salad and miso soup. For the rolls, I got Salmon Belly, lobster and blue crab. Since they were premium rolls, I had to pay a $1 extra for each roll. They were fresh seafood and very good. The portion was adequate, but not generous. The sides were good also, it’s just a little pricey.

Some of the best hand rolls and sushi rolls in downtown San Jose. Great place for grabbing food and hanging out. Get the salmon skin and Salman belly hand rolls. Scallop rolls are also very good.

Love these little guys. And the whole concept that this little spot is in. Like a mini mall food court !

Didn’t take too long, were neatly packed and soo good. I’d avoid the salmon skin one. Crunchy but it’s little bits that get everywhere and stuck in your teeth.
