TLDR: Machine is between Gates 33 and 34 of Terminal B. $11.99-13.99. Good quality - between takeout soup noodle and those Costco frozen wonton bowls, depending which bowl you get.

More: Am too full from eating the vegan tan tan (was spicier than I expected! I think the tonkatsu fillings hold up to being frozen better). May add more later if I can still edit this

Consider this is a VENDING machine at the airport producing hot noodle soup, there’s really nothing you can ask for more. I had the Taiwanese beef noodle - and it had every element a legit Taiwanese beef noodle consists of - good noodle, flavored soup base, beef chunks (though a little chewy), pickled mustard vegetable, green onion, vegetable (in this case bak choy & carrot). Everything tastes good - couple things: would appreciate if beef is a little more tender, onions weren’t very fresh, bak choy wasn’t very clean.

I've gotten food from here 3 different times for a total of 5 different things and I've been impressed by most of it! Very reasonable prices for airport food (a bagel in here is $7) and the food is much better than I'd expect. If I was served this at a restaurant I wouldn't even be mad.

The first time I found it I overheard some airport workers talking about the best place in the story for lunch and one of them was showing the other this hidden gem.

The only downside is that it's hard to find a place to eat it and the bowls come out piping hot (it can be hard to hold because of how hot it is)

Regardless, it's definitely my go to and I stop by everytime I fly out of SJC now!
