I am very picky about food but my sister talked me into and I'm sold. Telling all my friends/family about it. Worth the wait!! Food was AMAZING. Service was great. Pleasant atmosphere. I'll def be back soon!

This place is worth the wait!
The chashu is probably one of the best I've had for a while. It has its own seasoning and flavor and do not rely on the flavor of the broth.
When using black garlic oil, they noted to add a little at a time. What a good advice! The garlic oil stays on top, so you consume a bigger proportion of the oil than the broth, and you'll notice you need to add more and more of it.
Their broth is very rich on its own! Make sure to try the broth first to see if you even need the black garlic oil! I probably won't get the oil next time myself!
It's nice that they serve fruit infused water as well. It really helped kill the ringing after taste in my mouth.
Last thing, loving the 15% service charge and no tip! Sounds very authentic of Japanese culture, where tipping is considered insulting to the staff.

Huge Bowl! Probably the right amount for the price charged, $13.00. Just too big if you're not a big eater or 4 small children. Line was out the door. We waited 45 minutes, I won't wait that long again. Soup was good, but to me, not worth the wait. Small dining area; no place to hang a jacket, no place to put the baby. Not recommended for kids, no room to turn around. Parking lot gets full during meal times.

The food here is pretty good. The Ramen I ordered was great. If I'm being honest I thought the noodles were just okay but the broth was fantastic. I like the option of being able to add the house spicy sauce (or garlic) to the broth. My tastes are probably a little more on the spicy side so having that option is a plus.

My major complaint for this place is the 15% service charge that the waitress informed me that there is "no need to tip" because of. First off the service here is great. Proper manners would indicate that for good service a 20% tip (or more) is a fair rate. I really don't agree with the service charge and I'm also not sure that the staff really sees all 15% of the charge. This is probably the first time I've left a restaurant feeling bad for the staff. It's sketchy and I will hesitate to return because of it despite the food being great.

The ramen was on the salty side. They offer soup base without salt to dilute the broth if you want. You have to add the black garlic oil and garlic paste to the soup to give it a stronger flavor otherwise it tastes flat. Waited 40 minutes on a Tuesday and the place was packed. Staff was nice.

They charge a 15% service fee in lieu of a tip, but when I asked the server if she got the fee, she said "kind of" and it's "hard to explain" She said that they receive bonuses from the fee, so the tip does not all go to the staff.
