I came here with my coworkers for their lunch buffet. I was amazed how delicious their food was. Good selection of Afghan dishes. Very tasty and the chicken kabob is amazing! The staff are very nice and accommodating. Very good service! I highly recommended this place!

Absolutely the best Afghan food in town. This place has been a regular for us for weeknights and weekends, as well as quick catering for small parties. Their menu is simple, but every item they make is amazing. Kabobs are tender and juicy. Rice is always aromatic and on point. Every item on their dish seems to be prepared fresh. Take-outs are always hot and delicious. The kids love the food as well because it isn’t spicy, but full of flavor. The salad is a favorite with them. We’d be lost without Maiwand!

Great place for Afghan/Pakistani/Indian groceries. Don't look for anything past general, you won't find it. They Bake the best bread you can't find in many zip codes surrounding this neighborhood. They also have an Afghan restaurant adjacent to the store, while I have never eaten there, I'm sure the food is as good as the bread.

My favorite afghan restaurant in the area. This is a market/Afghani restaurant. The chicken kebab here is among the best in the bay area. They also have a lunch buffet on weekdays. It's really excellent and cheap compared to the other buffets in the area. This is truly a hidden gem.

Their food is so delicious. Try the Tika Kabab and you will enjoy that. The only things that I think need to work on that is a little bit cleaning
