I placed an order for delivery this evening through GrubHub but somehow it got cancelled. Confused, I called this location directly to find out what went wrong. The woman who answered the phone knew about my order, gave me a clear explanation, and helped address my concerns immediately. It was because of her response that I went ahead and placed the same order again. This time everything went smoothly. Small order, late Sunday evening, but 5 star customer service. Sometimes when you crave fried chicken, you just gotta have some! She totally made my day.

Love the Monday special $ the Pot Pie. Some locations are raising the Monday special from $3.99 to $4.99, which if feel is too expensive with being within 50 cents of the box lunches.
I remember when the special was $1.99 in the Day. It was more simple the but KFC should allow customers to have a simpler options. I don't need the cookie for example.
It should be an everyday item now because of the changes & price increases

Good old southern food. You can not beat it for the price! The chicken is always juicy and fresh. One of my favorite places for lunch.
