Had char shiu ramen, salmon flakes over rice and Asahi draft beer. Good food and good service.
New Taiwanese ramen place! In soft opening right now so have limited menu offering, and also cash only until their machines are set up.
We tried both the spicy and non-spicy ramen. The broth is decent, the soft-boiled egg is excellent, the chashu meat tastes good but a little thin. It didn't actually quite taste like ramen because the noodles are thin and soft. It tasted more like a Chinese noodle dish.
We also ordered the stewed combo plate. They didn't have seaweed so we asked for extra pork blood rice cake. The pork blood rice cake was really good, tofu was good, and the pork ears were a little too crunchy for our liking.
Service was good and friendly, we got our food pretty fast after ordering. Overall have some room for improvement, but we will definitely return to try some of their other dishes once available!
It's soft opening so they only serve spicy/non-spicy char siu ramen, cold noodles and Taiwanese simmered combo plate. I like the combo plate a lot. It includes pig ear, pork blood rice cake, pressed bean curd and seaweed. Their spicy ramen broth was ok and not that spicy. Char siu was seared and really tender. Onsen egg was unfortunately not marinated. There were also nori, corns, bamboo shoots and green onions. Overall I like it and would come back for more dishes.
Incredibly fast service and the food was pretty delicious! They’ve recently opened so only a few things were available when we went to visit, but what they had was great! Would recommend others try if you’re in the area.
