Very cool experience. Cooking your food on a hot volcanic rock is not something you get to do everyday. The cheese and chocolate fondue were great as well and they bring you unlimited bread, veggies, and desert treats for dipping.
This place is known for it’s burning hot stone. Anything you order is brought out raw and sizzling. You can cook it as much or as little as you want.
I got the steak and I usually like it medium rare so I was able to get it exactly how I want it. The meat was really fresh and delicious. I love the experience of cooking it yourself. The sauces that come with the steak are also very very good.
The sides were also very good. I recommend the mashed potatoes and mushrooms.
Service was very quick because they only cook the sides and bring out the protein on the hot plate.
I would come back to this place!
We visited on a weekday, when the restaurant was not crowded. The server was very attentive. She helped us choose our entrees and we ordered both cheese and chocolate fondue with an entree.
To be honest, since I have tried the cheese fondue in Switzerland, I know that the cheese fondue could be better.
The chicken entree was really good. Served over s very hot rock, we had the pleasure of 'sorta' cooking it on our own.
The chocolate fondue was amazing. Served with amazing little treats to experiment with.
On the expensive side, but well worth it!
