I can see what the glowing reviews are all about...

Been here for lunch a couple of times and was helped by Steve. I think he might be the owner. Unlike other Pho spots the menu here is tiny. I mean one page! According to Steve, their philosophy is to keep the menu simple, small and concentrate on the quality of the food. Gotta say...they're on to something!

    Send Noods:
    ~ Spicy Beef Noodle/ Bun Bu Hue - 5/5
Tassty broth with the right amount of heat...not overwhelmingly spicy to the point where its not enjoyable. Generous portions and love the Pork Blood Cubes.

    ~ Crab Udon/Banh Canh Cua - 4.5/5
I'd say this it what sets them apart. Generous portions. This has got to be a fusion dish; a combination of Vietnamese / Japanese dishes. Delicious!

    ~ Miramar Special Pho - 4.5/5
They don't skimp on the meat. Generous portions, tasty broth...one hearty bowl of Pho.

    ~ Tomatoes Crab Paste Seafood - 5/5
My friend got this one...I got to sample some of it. She thoroughly enjoyed it. A very different flavor.

    ~ Green Tea Matcha - 4/5
Your Standard Green Tea Matcha Boba drink. Not too sweet or bitter, just done right.

Now I gotta try the other Boba drinks here...

No frills restaurant with amazing specialty rice noodle soup. We had crab soup and tomato soup, $18 each. On the pricier side but the contents are solid. There's a near fist-sized meatball in the tomato soup 😂. There's lemongrass or some kind of minty herbs in the soup that really completed the taste profile. Also loved the fried shallots on top. We'd definitely come back!

Very quality service, the host and owner was very attentive, checked in on us and made sure we had a good time. When our table was cold he checked in and closed the door for us without us asking first. The food was delicious, the pho broth was very fresh and rich.
The flying tiger boba was well made, and he even offered us a second one for the wait.
    Great experience

I stopped ordering pho at Vietnamese restaurants because the excessive amount of MSG in the broth was putting me to sleep. I am happy to report that I successfully drank a bowl of broth without passing out.

We missed out on their fresh udon noodles, so we ordered Bun Bo Hue, Banh Canh Cua, and shaking beef. Everything was amazingly tasty. The owner was very friendly and checked on us multiple times. Looking forward to our next visit.
