“It's hard to convince people that something is literally the best, but this is it so far for good comfort sandwiches. Even the BLT stands towering over mere mortal sandwiches. The sourdough and French bread are some of the softest best tasting I've had. Oh and there's like 500+ sandwiches so you can keep coming back. Vegetarian and vegan options as well.”

“Giving an extra star because I see potential. Put the pork belly on everything and let guests bring drinks to their rooms without hassle and you're a solid four. Good wine and beer selection, the bartender makes drinks with care.”

“Food is nice. Lots of variety. An eating area with tables and chairs. It would have been five stars but for a liquor store customer occupying the eating area checking scratch off lottery tickets and chain smoking cigarettes. Not sure if the people who run the truck have rights over the eating area but if they do, a no smoking sign and enforcing that policy would go a long way from preventing people from having to sit through second hand smoke while eating the good food they provide.”

“Don't go unless you have called and arranged in advance. For the best experience, let Steve know your budget and let him feed you. Amazing! And be sure to ask about what you're eating. I enjoyed learning about the different fish we were eating and what they were served with. Mostly very light sauces. No rice. Perfect compliments. It's truly a treat, and Steve's sake selections are wonderful too. The yuzu sake with dessert is really good.”

“Tuesday 6pm -- sat right down and got my food very quickly. Generous portions and a simple menu. I was impressed with how fast they got five noodle soups out for our party. After I ordered, I went to the restroom and by the time I returned, they were serving the soup! There are two unisex bathrooms and I thought they were generally clean and not too cramped -- at least the one I went into. The only thing is that the layout is prone to get clogged by the cash register. When our party of five went up to pay, it seemed to block out people being seated -- and this was a slow Tuesday.”

“Excellent hole-in-the-wall chicken joint. Fried or oven baked, mild or spicy, and prices are great. Be warned, the spicy definitely brings the heat. This place gets busy so come early or order ahead.”

“My favorite dish was the spicy tuna bowl, which reminded me of poke. A great place to go share sashimi with friends. Plenty of sake choices, noodles, grilled and fried choices for those not into raw fish. My servers were thoughtful and attentive.”

“This restaurant used to be my favorite when older management ran it. Now this place has become "just okay". Their menu stays the same for last 5-6 years but taste has definitely changed and unfortunately not for good. Their maharashtrian food used to be really good but not anymore. Place could use some new decor and more cleanliness. Staff could be more professional, if you are women's group of just girlfriends be ready for some stares coming from the billing counter.”

“Granted a Sunday evening after 6pm, restaurant was so cold inside. Workers all had on jackets and a sweater. The food was hot and KFC. The smallest pieces of chicken I have every seen. Did something change with KFC? I had to mention how cold it was and the cashier came around and adjusted the thermostat. By the time I left others were in the dining area and there was a difference in the temperature. Maybe they keep it turned down when they don't have dine in customers.”

“This is the oldest Indian restaurant in the bay area. Have been to this place over thousand times and never had an upset stomach! Sattvic Gujarati vegetarian food and snacks. Convenient location. Quick service. Food is quite inexpensive here. It's a mom and pop shop and they eat the food they serve. If you want to eat out frequently and still stay healthy, this is the place. Not for people who want fancy food.”

“Never say no to ice creams. It's a sin, says a wise one. This place fortifies it. The Indian flavors are strong and scoop size is quite generous like back at home. Given a chance, I will be back to this place again and again.”

“Ordered spicy pork dish. I only give 3 stars because the quality of meat wasn’t very good (too much fat portion) and the seasoning didn’t cover the pork smell very well. It’s understandable because the restaurant specializes Sundae dish. Anyhow, spicy pork dish was not as good as ones you’d usually see from other Korean restaurant.”

“The food is so fresh and delicious! We had amazing service and the servers checked on us often. I want to come here every time I’m in CA. I’m so bummed I don’t live in the Bay Area anymore because I miss food like this!”

“This local hidden gem is a tasty treat. Most would call it a Chinese restaurant although they have a little more than just Chinese food. If you ask the gal who takes your order she will call it a modern interpretation of classic Chinese dishes. The service is always quick and fast. They have some seating inside but most patrons choose takeout or delivery. The Food is always hot and cooked-to-order! I have been eating here for two years and I’ve never been disappointed. This is my favorite Chinese take-out in Sunnyvale!”

“A modest taquerilla we found looking for a lunch stop near our current construction job site. We found a jewel of a place. The food is authentic made to order, from scratch, delicious. Naturally the taste of the food is always our focus, but what makes this place even more appealing is the service, and added convenience of ordering our meal on the way to the Taquerilla so that it is ready for us to be seated. Live this place.”

“Very neat and organized store location. Better than their last location in Santa Clara. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. Get ready for a strong aroma of Indian spices entering the store. Parking is hard just on weekends.”
