(March 26, 2019, 12:09 am)Taste is a cut above similar restaurants in Santa Cruz County (Japanese/Sushi). Service and ambiance are nice, but taste sets it apart. Hope one day they add hibachi vegetables to menu.

(March 10, 2019, 2:44 am)Servers were a little lost but nice. Our busser seemed to be the only one paying attention. Midtown set the bar pretty high but I'll give Aptos a other shot at some point.

(March 5, 2019, 8:22 am)Honestly I was unsure about giving this place five stars. We arrived around 1:30 and sat at the bar. There were three of us and two meals came out for what seemed like ten full minutes before the third. However the waitress offered to compensate us for the issue.
All together the experience was pleasant and the food was okay. The price point is my favorite thing about this place, with lunch and tip for three coming out to $35. We'll probably return on future stops through Aptos. -

(February 15, 2019, 8:28 pm)This is an amazing place the waiters go out of their way to make us happy! They are so kind and if I lived closer I would come here every day! I recommend this place to everyone who visits or lives in California, I love this place so much it’s amazing!!!!
