    Wide selection of cuts, either marinated or plain; at least a dozen different types of sausages. Jerkies also available, though all contain sugar. Everything I've tried here has been quite delicious, and employees very friendly and helpful. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner a while back, he's a great guy who's been in the butchering business a long time. Great place to stop for your beach or home BBQ.

    What a great place. Picked up some great looking skirt steak. On bbq tonight. They had a giant tomahawk rib-eye that looked great. Many sausages, lots of pre marinated cuts. Can’t wait to go back again...

    Their marinated tri tips and skirts are amazing along with their in house homemade sausages. Everyone should also try the sugar cured maple bacon. It's out of this world!

    I come here at least once a year to buy meat. Its absolutely amazing I love it! Consider I come from Anaheim just to buy meat here because no other place compares! The drive is worth it I don't mind the drive either. If your wondering I have a cooler that I fill up with ice to bring back the meat.
