    Meh. Average Tex Mex. The veggie taco was so-so: beans, guac and lettuce on a wheat tortilla. Convenient near the wharf, boardwalk, if you're on foot and don't want to eat on the midway or the pier. Satisfying portion size, but no bells or whistles.

    This place has been here since at least the 80s when I was a student at UCSC. They are still knocking out old faves like taquitos with vaguely guacamole sauce on top. Add a splash of their spicy red sauce from the squeeze bottle to kick the flavors up a notch. The food won’t win any awards but it’s pretty tasty and if you’re hankering for simple Mexican food near the boardwalk, head on over to Las Palmas.

    Great food, large portions, reasonably priced! Indoor or outdoor seating. Worth the walk to get away from the crowds and prices on the boardwalk.

    A favorite of mine. Great food, low prices. The crispy tacos really stand out at this local institution. The quesadilla my son has was perfect and fairly large. Bonus is that they have parking for while you are eating.

    Been going here for years great American Mexican food. This is not a taqueria. More of a southwest American Mexican food. Family owned and operated.They are partners with Door Dash for the to go orders.plenty of parking .Outside seating and close to beach and Board Walk.Yes I really like this place.
