The chili and Mac dog was phenomenal…. I ordered both a chili and a Mac dog to try both but he served me a chili Mac dog. I wanted to try them separate to give my opinion and I know it’s wasteful cause I wouldn’t have ate it all. But im happy he did the flavors on the Mac and chili you can tell were homemade by someone who knows how to cook! The buns are locally made and my god they are good! Okay so the dawg in general is local made too I hear. The hot dog itself made it the best hot dog I’ve ever had. When people who know about glizzys talk they say the “snap” the snap on that dog was the best im saying if they had more options they could take down Pinks in LA! Hats off to this stand and keep doing your thing! Hopefully you can get a better location and marketing strategy cause people need to know bout this place!

Super nice guy making delicious hot dogs on the soquel frontage road (soquel Ave) guy thanked us for our patience even though it was extremely fast and then checked to see how everything was tasting even though we were a little ways from his cute airstream on some benches (there are some benches nearby where you can enjoy your dog) my girl and I both got the Chicago dog, YUM!

Great hot dog - the frank itself is delicious, the bun is a good brioche-y mix of fluffy and moist, the toppings and combos are great and mixed with some off beat bottled sodas. All served out of an airstream on the side of the road. All around great spot.

This place should change it's name to "Incredible Dogs" or, better yet, "Life Changing Dogs". Seriously, the best hot dog I've ever had. And I pride myself on my hot dog rating prowess. I ordered the Chicago Dog and a cup of the Mac n Cheese, which is one hundred percent made from scratch with love. The Mac was perfectly creamy and cheesy, with the perfect texture. Tasted like it was made special for me. Now, back to the Chicago Dog. Everything, from the perfectly toasted bun to the lightly pickled pickle spear that had the perfect sourness and crunch, was amazing. Every topping and condiment tasted fresh and intentional, as if they had all joined together in sweet harmony despite their differences in order to create the perfect divine hot dog experience. And the frank itself was simply incredible, to the point where words would fail in describing it's purity and beauty. Can't wait to try everything else. The owner is super nice too! The only compliant I have is that if I ever move to another city, every future hot dog outing will likely result in immense and melancholic nostalgia for a simpler time when I lived near hot dog heaven. Simply put, bomb dogs, try it out!

California dog and chili dog were fabulous! I could drink the dressing they put on the Cali dog. Kiddos loved the chili and classic dog. The Mac n Cheese is decadent. Ingredients sourced from local vendors. Fast, friendly service. Will definitely swing by again for lunch.

Highly recommend the chili and Cali dogs!
