, gluten-free options available and dairy free options as well. I got the mad chick they used dark meat and was delicious. My husband got the breakfast burger and he enjoyed it as well.

I got the classic sandwich with extra caramelized onions, avocado and arugula. For taste I’d give it an 8/10 — it was really yummy, but not mind blowing. This is one of the sandwiches they offer without meat and I feel like some garlic and chilis could really elevate the flavor. The eggs were soft and delicious! The bun was really good as well, but kinda wet, a little more toasted and dry would be 10/10!

So so yummy! After seeing a few pictures of their sandwiches online, I decided to try them, and I’m happy I did. This place is fantastic. The restaurant is super stylish and has a great vibe, and the food is delicious. I ordered the avo & tomato, and my husband got the mad chick; both were amazing. Oh, the bun - this is not your average sloppy bun. Their brioche bun is the real deal. It is super tasty, soft, and fresh - fresh as in baked on-site daily. And they also get extra points for getting their eggs from a local egg ranch. Excellent and friendly service too.

Amazing spot. I got the BAE, I’ve been in Santa Cruz for 16 years and I’ve always missed a modern breakfast spot and they hit it out of the field. It’s delicious and the drinks are innovative. I also wanna try their vegetarian option and their chicken sandwich option next time. I’ll be back perfect for a surf day lunch.

Those people make their sandwich buns freshly everyday, in house. And they are delicious! You can taste the ingredients and wholeness of a homemade bread.

We tried the curry moco and the mad chick sandwich. Both very tasty, juicy, non-greasy. You actually feel like eating clean, healthy food.
Also, the strawberry matcha latte was a fine note to finish with. You can taste the quality of this matcha.

The decor is modern and cozy. Really enjoyed hanging out there with my gf.

I’m very happy this place opened, since I live in the neighborhood. Will definitely come often!

If you’re driving there, there’s plenty of cheap parking: the Locust Street Garage and the Cedar/Church Garage (both located behind the adjacent blocks). There’s also street parking with meters.
