    I love this place I use to come here as a kid and the food has gotten better the food is really nice and hot especially the fries and the chicken nuggets. The experience that I like was that a young lady by the name of Jackie was very knowledgeable and new about what was in the burgers by memory and with her big smile I felt welcomed into the restaurant just like a family memeber. she as well was quick on her feet and helped the people in the kitchen when the food didn’t come out quickly she was really good in kitchen and fast.

    The staff is so friendly at the McDonald's in Watsonville on Freedom Boulevard they are super helpful and if you have health needs they attend to everything love those girls and guys McDonald's is number one

    I like their new ordering system and it's fast! When it's peak times, I've noticed staff helping place order also at the self-ordering stations when people might need help. It's was nice to be there for a simple quick breakfast on a sunday
