Jose in produce was extremely thoughtful in helping me today. He showed me a trick to opening the plastic bags to put produce in. He also
overheard me ask for directions to the mangoes and brought out a box of mangoes that looked like they had just been picked. Michael the mgr was helpful as well. But my gal in Watsonville Food Maxx is Patsy! I seem to have 1 problem after another when i insta cart. Patsy takes stress head-on, reassuring people that it will be ok… no worries. She goes out of her way to calm others . Thank you Patsy!

Great Store and prices but at Checkout sometimes their is only one check out open even when there is like 10 or more inline to pay. It's most of the times I've visited. Management schedule or employee's calling in sick... Or lack of employees whatever the reason... I have left cause of the massive long lines to pay. I wish they would do something about. To be available to checkout faster...
