Best Mexican food I had till date. Omelette was amazing and even the enchiladas. The ambiance - outdoor patio seating is a vibe
Can you say TAMALES!!!! OH MY GOSH ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN THE BEST TAMALES I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME. They are moist meaty and delicious. The guacamole is made fresh on site and is so Yummy that you can't stop eating it till every spec is gone. This is a small family owned establishment and even though the decor is lacking and the AC needs to be turned on higher, the food totally makes up for it. We can't even drive by without stopping in every single time we go past this restaurant. I've been there about six times in the last 8 weeks. I don't frequently eat out but the food is so good you just can't help yourself. These folks work very hard and the most important part of any restaurant is the food itself. Also, I believe that people in customer service should be kind and helpful. Every single member of the family or anybody that comes to your table is both of these. The restaurant is always busy so I know the food is fresh. I love this restaurant!!! I give it A+++++I'll take a picture and add it to my review next time!
Great little place. Beautiful view from rear deck. Deck was closed when we arrived after rain and they quickly cleaned a table so we could eat outside with our dog. Wife loved the coconut shrimp and my Chile Verde burrito was hugh. Thanks for the good service.
I ordered Carmarones al Mojo de Ajo (shrimp garlic sauce). Fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed the dish. Very tasty and well flavored with caramelized onions and garlic. Likewise, my husband ordered Chile renello and beef tamales, he ate the plate clean. My unexpected favorite Mexican restaurant.
Sub par mexican food that is way too expensive for what you get. $5 for a very small side of guacamole, the burrito fell apart and was more like a flat sandwich, the tacos looked like something from taco bell, and the chicken tortilla soup was watery and lacking flavor. The woman at the front counter was a little snooty (although the gentleman who was serving people on the patio was very nice so props for that).
Overall a disappointment. We wanted to like this but it was a huge lack of value.
