Bonsai Sushi Fusion

awesome service and the food is always fresh and ready on time. the salad, and dressing they use that come as an appetizer is amazing. not to sure what it is but it has a touch of sweet to it that definitely compliments everything very well.

Loved the inner decorations, the cool atmosphere and kind staff. Sushi was amazing!

Great tasting,high quality sashimi. I ordered the red snapper, tuna, salmon sashimi and I really enjoyed it. I also ordered one of the fusion rolls called the Mountain Dew, It was delicious! I really liked the food overall. Service was not bad, but the wait staff was very busy on Friday night! The building gets warm due to the orientation to the sun, and large windows. The atmosphere is typical of the contemporary Japanese food restaurant, not a lot of seating in the dining room. Lots of people seem to order for takeout.

We enjoyed an excellent lunch today here at Bonsai Sushi. My mom had the #2 bento box, the beef was tender and the tempura vegetables were cooked to perfection. My husband & I shared the 15 pieces of sashimi along with the bonsai roll. It was all simply delicious. We will definitely be back. The interior decor was nice and the staff was helpful & kind!

The sushi itself was to die for. The lacking in a star is due to the waiter. Waiter was slow and unresponsive. Taking food and drink orders took forever and our drinks were endlessly empty. With that said worth it. The chef if that's what you call the sushi person was awesome!
