Country Kitchen Restaurant & Bakery

It was first time coming to the country kitchen since everyone i know told me the place was fantastic. Me an my husband an my child came for breakfast as we waited my husband coffee was never refilled even when the waitress came by an filled everyone else's. An upon receiving my order i had water at the bottom of my dish to the point when i ate i could taste it. Which my husband is a cook an this was just terrible. I upset i even wasted my time at this place. Poor customer service an food. Thumbs down

My wife and I have been going to country kitchen for several years. We love the people and the food. Always a smile and an occasional picture of a new baby. Thank you to the staff!
I would like to make a suggestion to please get rid of the "truck stop" tables. The advertising takes away from the atmosphere we so enjoyed.

The #1 place to eat in Redding! Doesn't matter what you order, each menu item is amazing! But I would definitely recommend the Chicken fried steak, corned beef hash or the French Dip and you definitely have to try there country potatoes with bell peppers and onions! The waitress's are very friendly and make you feel at home ????... My only complaint is that they close early. But hey maybe that's what makes them so good!

Wonderful service, welcoming environment, great food! My son is Autistic and after a few outbursts the table behind us made a rude remark. Luckily other patrons and the employees went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will be going back for sure! Thank you County Kitchen!
