Flaco's Tacos

My employer hired these guys to give us free lunch. I got a pastor chimichanga. Oh. My. Goodness. Totally delicious. Huge and stuffed full. Pastor was so flavorful. Was a little on the saucy/greasy side but I don't mind a little grease because fat=flavor. 💁‍♀️ Only down side was that the wait was 45 mins. But to be fair, they were bombarded with a bunch of people at lunch.

The lady that took our order was the sweetest! Fantastic tacos! We will be back.

We finally decided to go here, after reading so many great reviews about this truck. They did not disappoint!

I had a carnitas super burrito with everything. The taste was delicious! I believe the rice, specifically, had an amazing standout flavor. I look forward to trying to replicate that taste in my home cooking.

The kiddos got a chicken taco, which was great, and a chicken quesadilla, which was not only tasty, but huge! We washed it all down with their horchata, which was some of the tastiest I've had. We will definitely be coming back here!

the crispy barbacoa tacos with birria were soo amazing. we will definitely be coming back to try the other options. And the woman who took our order was so sweet :) I definitely recommend Flaco’s if you’re looking for good tacos.

An amazing find while I was here in Redding. Great people, amazing tacos, and good price for the amount you get. The barbacoa crispy tacos are soooo good. I am really going to miss this place when I go back to Texas. If I ever make it back to Redding I am for sure coming for some tacos.
