    I've never had pho before. Had to pick this place because I wanted something new. Very quick service. Very good food.

    I had the Spring Rolls.
    Vietnamese spring rolls are not fried. They are wrapped in moist rice paper.
    Their peanut dipping sauce is rivaled only by "The Sigon Market" in Pensacola FL.
    Sorry, no good pictures but it is next to Justin Bassett's "All Sports Bar" in Redding CA.

    Love the food. Best pho in Redding. Good service. Bring cash if purchasing less than $15, otherwise .75 fee for using card.

    I LOVE this place. The pho is AMAZING and the owners are wonderful. Every time my husband and I eat there I feel like we are in Nancy's home and she is serving us a home cooked meal. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is fantastic, and the food again is AMAZING. I really can't say enough good things about Pho Saigon, you just really need to try it for yourself.
