(July 17, 2019, 8:27 pm)We loved this place. The rooms were nice and clean and price was perfect. You definitely get the most bang for your buck here. Rooms had definitely been updated and the breakfast was awesome as well. We'l be coming back

(May 18, 2019, 3:37 am)Stayed here because of the price. Nice location as it is central to most of west Redding. Receptionist was nice and check-in was quick. Rooms are about what is expect for the price. My room needed to be vacuumed, but was overall fairly clean. Only one lock on the door between rooms, which is one less than I prefer. Front door only had one lock as the other had clearly been kicked in, which is slightly disconcerting. Didn't get a chance to see the quality of the breakfast as I left before it began at 7am.
Overall, not bad for the price, but some basic maintenance would certainly go a long way. -
