Taroko Asian Bar & Grill

Food was brilliant! Especially the Taiwanese spicy beef noodle soup. They also have a dim sum brunch on the weekends from 12-3pm serving probably the best dim sum one could get in Redding.

It's a beautiful restaurant in downtown Redding. The food was good. Service was great, atmosphere was outstanding. It was a fun place to dine. Everyone had fun and I'll be back soon. Wasn't too salty and overseasoned. But very flavorful.

The service was a little slow but over all a great first experience!

We went to dinner around 4:30 and enjoyed every bit of it! Our food was amazing and drinks were so good! We ordered the lychee lemon drop which I would 100% order again. The popcorn chicken was amazing and the calamari! The service was great! We sat at the bar. All of the staff were friendly.
We will comeback again

we came back for a second time and were again blown away by the service. Our waitresses name was Ashley and she was AMAZING. She was VERY attentive to our needs and was on top of service. The restaurant was packed, yet we got our order promptly. We ordered the popcorn chicken and lychee lemon drop once again they were fantastic. We decided to try the scallion pancakes which were to die for. I ordered the beef bowl and was offered 4 different types of sauces that were brought to the table. I thought this was a very nice touch and I liked being able to try all of them. If you are looking for a great restaurant, with awesome staff, great food and drinks then come to Taroko!

Oh my goodness, this is exactly what Redding needed! A wonderful new restaurant with an elegant atmosphere, right downtown! I have visited this beautiful restaurant about 4 times now and it has been consistently wonderful!
