Thai Lao Cuisine

Today was my first experience at Thai Lao. I know the reviews praised so much of the food. It was a good soup day so I got the beef pho option B with brisket. The broth was okay, the meat was thickly cut and chewy. I would have liked more flavor, maybe more herbs and some crunchy onion bits. They are popular at lunch. I got there at 12:30 and was the only customer. By 1pm the place was more than half full.

So Yummy! It was my first time trying Thai food and i decided to give this place a try because it has so many good reviews. I got the #14 and it was SO good. definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to give Thai food a try! And the prices are very good for the amount of food you get!

Wow! So flavorful and fresh! Papaya Salad was as good as any I have had and it is my favorite. Pad Kee Mao just perfect. Thai Tea great. Owners are amazingly nice and service is fantastic. We were surprised to find they had just opened. Hope to dine here again on our next trip to Mt. Shasta!

I found this place by chance during our trip(it was just open few weeks ago!). Menu has pictures so that we can easily find out what dishes are. A waitress is friendly and provided us good service. We ordered Pad thai and Pho. It was beyond my expectation. Soup is so good and my kids really liked it. Not to mention Pad Thai is also delicious. I wish I could go there every week. I’m so impressed and really recommend this Thai restaurant.

Food is delicious and fresh. Had the pho, yellow curry and lettuce wraps. Clean, pleasant atmosphere. Looking forward to trying more items on the menu. Thank you!
