(February 12, 2023, 3:42 am)Food here is excellent! Hot, fresh and fast!They just opened today 2-11-23 And the inside is beautiful and clean! Plenty of seating inside the restaurant and easy to get to since it is right off main st. In addition there is ample parking. The smell of the food is amazing and hits you as you walk in the door...made my mouth eater and my stomach growl!! I didn't even realize I was that hungry!! And the taste of the papusas is pure heaven!! The hours are from 8am to 8pm. Definone of the best food spots in Yreka right now! The owners are amazing and have had many years of restaurant experience. Worth the drive from Redding to Yreka!
