Wonderful burgers ???? superclean establishment pretty good customer service it could improve if I would include a napkin without asking for one on the togo order plus the barbecue sauce I requested on the phone ten minutes before I picked up my order wasn't there ! But the Chances are very good I'll return there someday for lunch

Both the classic and cowboy burgers were fantastic! We were skeptical of the size, but boy they are filling! The onion rings were nice and crispy. The fry-chips were a unevenly cooked (some crispy others not), but still tasty. We ordered BBQ wings, but received buffalo. The manager realized this before we pulled away and raced out to fix the error promptly before we left. Great service! The wings were ok, nothing special in my opinion. Overall, this was a stupendous family meal and we look forward to going again!

My favorite is the crispy chicken sandwich California style. I love the onion rings. They are crisp and delicious. They are not oily at all. Can’t wait till we can dine in. The restaurant looks amazing inside. It is very family friendly with an industrial/contemporary flair. The staff was very friendly and professional on the phone while taking my order. I will go back often. The only disappointment was that the aged beef only comes in the large patty size. I wish I could get that on a duo burger.

I love the new BurgerIM location in Dixon (great restaurant space and atmosphere). My favorite is the Crispy Chicken sandwich - cowboy style.

We love coming here for the California burgers with grilled chicken(super juicy chicken every time we go). Their vegan patty is so amazing. I honestly thought for a second it was actual meat. We also tried their wings which were on the small side but it was pretty average. Best part is the onion rings. They are perfectly fried and not greasy at all (same with the sweet potato fries)! You have to try this place at least once. The only bad thing i can say is when we have ordered the Angus beef patties (3 oz sliders) sometimes they are a tad dry. I'm not a fan of the oval shaped fries. Try the duo or trio 3oz sliders if you want to get a sample of the different burgers they have.
