BIG H DELI

Portions are plentiful. Taste is par for Mediterranean. Took a while to get food at lunch time. Meat flavor was muted, compared to other establishments. There are some real gems in Fairfield. This place has nice, casual seating with an outdoor option which was unexpected.

Came here for the first time and was very delighted. I ordered a Pastrami sandwich and it was the best I have ever had! Everything on the sand which was fresh, from the soft tasty bread to the very delicious meat. The customer service was impeccable. Would recommend this place to anyone. They earned a repeat customer.

I went to Big H for the first time in March of 2019 and was impressed with the customer service as well as the two sandwiches I ordered. Both sandwiches were loaded with meat and delicious. The bread is fresh and soft. Good thing because of all the meat they pile on to your sandwich. I ordered a roast beef and a Turkey with ham. Bob, I think, gave me a sample of the roast beef while he was making my sandwich and it just melted in my mouth. I highly recommend Big H Deli if you want a good sandwich and the prices are extremely reasonable.

Rated well for good reason. The food is amazing and the staff is friendly. The food comes out fast so if you need a quick bite to eat and want something delicious, this is the place. It's in the same spot as the old Cordelia Deli but a massive improvement over the deli. The chicken shawarma is possibly the best I've had to date and I have eaten Mediterranean food all over the country.
Highly recommended and I plan to eat there whenever I'm in town.

Extremely friendly people running the deli. Loved the fresh food and was impressed by the cleanliness. The deli was recommended by friends and glad we made the visit. We'll be back!
