Heretic Brewing Company

DELICIOUS!!! realized this brewery was down the road from the dealership we had just bought a car from. Heretic has one of my favorite Red's but I ended up trying the Petit Rouge. Very nice and refreshing. So good we took two bottles home with us. Had two burgers which were amazing. I had the Coronary. Highly recommend if you like cheese. We will most definitely be returning when in Fairfield. It was a great way to celebrate buying a new car.

Met up here to celebrate a couple B-days. There is a bunch of road construction to the brewery, but no fault to them. A ton of room inside with plenty of tables. My group liked the two citrus beers the most. Food is pub style, so tasty and not the healthiest choice. Staff was friendly and quite efficient. There is no table side service, which always surprises me a bit, for we had a very large group. All food and drinks must be ordered at the bar. Great variety of beer and plenty things to do if you are bringing your kids.

So beer was great which is holding up this 4 star rating. Smell was pretty much unbearable for me as I have a sensitive sense of smell. Seemed like crazy strong hops smell and was nauseating me and hindering my ability to taste the beers. I had to leave much earlier than I wanted to due to the smell.

We've bee been wanting to come here for a while! The beers are really good and affordable! We got 3 different samplers, 3 beers and a growler for $60, not a bad deal. Definitely recommend Mouth circus, such a complex flavor, really good.

We came here on our way home to cap off a night of visiting breweries and creameries in the area. Coming here definitely lets you feel the scale difference that they are running at compared to the other breweries we visited. It was very clean and they had wonderful restrooms. We were too late to grab anything from the kitchen but, everyone in my group found a beer to enjoy.
