(January 30, 2019, 9:44 pm)The bacon wrapped brisket bites are soooooo amazing. Literally packed with flavor, I ran through the half pound I got like nothing. Wait was minimal, service was top notch. They only except cash for those wondering. If you are still trying to decide if you should here you're wasting valuable brisket eating time!!

(December 20, 2018, 9:22 pm)Tried this place for the first time today for lunch. The ribs and sausage were tender, juicy, and full of that great smoke flavor. Great customer service and great food. I can’t wait to come back and try some of the other meats on the menu.

(December 15, 2018, 2:50 am)Headed in to get a brisket and ribs combo, then I saw pork belly and bacon wrapped brisket bites...brisket and ribs just got some company.
Brisket: nice (>1/8") flavor/smoke ring, juicy, fall apart tender and perfect in it's own.
Ribs were dead on.
The pork belly and bacon wrapped brisket bites were just as I expected: SWEET, SALTY, tender and a treat.
Note to self: limit two bacon options on one plate to
