My first visit. Decent pub grub at value pricing. That's the way it should be so you have more to spend on beer. A well curated menu of NorCal craft and beyond. It's not big space and almost every seat taken at 6 pm on a Thursday. Loud acoustics. It's pub, shout a little. Minors okay with adult. A few outside tables. It was a bit chilly on our visit but in hit summer months these tables will have shade in the afternoon. I only do 3 stars on a first visit. This is good review though and I will return and bring a friend.
Great beer selection! The food is good and pairs with most of the beers. I would not lean on this place so much for the food as I would for the great beer selection. The biggest downside is the indoor seating. It is small and there is outdoor seating but on a cool night there is no outdoor heating.
I went to this taproom last weekend for the first time. I was impressed by the number of beers and ciders that they had available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of our group was unsure of what beer to order. One of the bartenders asked what he normally drank. The bartender then gave him a couple of beers to taste, to help him decide. We didn't try the food this time, but what we saw come out of the kitchen all looked tasty. The food was reasonably priced, as well. We'll be back to visit again, next time with appetites ready.
Great atmosphere, very friendly owners and staff. I visit frequently and this will be my stop - kind of Cheers atmosphere, as far as regulars and them knowing them. Great American type foods, and great selections of beers.
This is a great new local place. Newly opened we had to try it and what a great experience. Nice decor. Friendly staff greeted us at the door. We ordered the very reasonably priced food with moderate expectations and a glass of local wine. Can't comment on the beer since we are not beer drinkers. The food came quickly and what a great surprise. The grilled cheese and tomato soup was excellent. The burger was great too! The best was a basket of fresh hot fries for only $3. How can you beat that? This is going to become one of my go to places for sure.
