We always love Mankas but some of the new menu is not as good. Our Shrimp pasta was so spicy and the pasta was like glued together. It should be mark very hot and spicy! The service was a bit slow but Erik was awesome. I hope they will pay more attention the service, reservation of table by the window, and the menu.

Early review... and its gonna be a mixed bag and feel a bit rough for a moment... but it feels a little overpriced for the quality. Felt like they are still getting their feet under them and having newly opened challenges. The steak was tasty but a little tough. The risotto was just ok... I have had creamier and tastier. And the lobster bisque could use a kick of flavor, it was ok but I was underwhelmed and it was under seasoned. The burger game is on point, cooked exactly to temp, and the bun was a perfect fit (get it with egg and bacon... trust me.)Treating the Neiman Rach beef proper in that burger. In closing...For these prices I want and need to walk away saying I'll be back SOON. Instead I left thinking I need to give them more time to find their stride.

Excellent food. I had the salmon for dinner. Delicious. Friendly environment. Worth the experience. Great staff.

I have dined here twice since the change over to "Mankas Backdoor Grill." The restaurant was quite empty both times. Some of our food was served luke warm. One person in my party ordered the Lobster Bisque, sadly the lobster was still cold. There are limited condiment options. For example no aiolis. We asked about garlic fries, no such luck. Not able to bring any wine in as yet. Our party was informed the liquor license is suppose to be acquired by the end of January.

I am hoping there are improvements with the food service, as I have always appreciated having this quaint dining option in the area. ????

Really enjoyed the flatiron steak with salad. Attentive service. Surprisingly busy for being (charmingly) out of the way.
