“I'm not a huge fan of fast food joints and we popped into this Taco Bell just for a road trip rest stop and refills of our water bottles. It was clean and open and surprising on that front. But the 5 stars was a out the 17 year old customer service agent who was personable, helpful, thought outside the box to get around company policy that wouldn't allow him to refill our water bottles, generous and genuinely invested in being an add-value to our day. We were 7 travelers coming to use his restroom, it buying food and he had every reason to blow us off and he was awesome. Well done, Taco Bell. And to you, Teenage Employee, if you ever need a job in Petaluma, you come look me up.”
