(February 16, 2019, 4:35 pm)whats not to love about late night diners serving breakfast all day. Loved the American Graffiti decor. I had a Belgian waffle with strawberries and whipped cream delicious cleaned my plate, and my wife had French toast equally delicious. They also have plenty of other American diner fare from burgers to steaks but this trip called for breakfast.

(December 29, 2018, 3:08 am)Great place for nostalgia. The food is above average but quite expensive for a diner. Took the wife there for lunch and it was $35. We had ordered a shake but she forgot. Otherwise it would have been $40. Good news tho, when we mentioned it she brought us one free to go. Above and beyond. That makes for great service.

(December 26, 2018, 5:06 pm)Like the name, Original Mel's Diner has the music and table music boxes...good breakfasts, hot roast beef sandwich..wow and big great milkshakes. And order a hot fudge sundae, its over the top. Literally. Comfortable place to listen to all the old songs being played. Memories! Memories!
