    Roman 101 is the best noodle shop I have ever been to. I love the black garlic ramen.

    Had the Miso Ramen! Was gonna take a picture of it to post but I ate it to fast. This place is small and you must order before sitting down because of how busy it was, which I thought was a smart move. You cant come in and have someone in your party go sit at an empty table. When you are like the 4th person in line and there are only 2 tables left. Anyway this Ramen did not disappoint. I will be back.

    We stopped by for dinner on our way from Tahoe. The restaurant was crowded. If you want to eat at their outside tables you need to order To Go. The ramen was simply amazing from the broth to all the ingredients. The portioning is more than enough. The selection of appetizers was great. We ordered lumping and grilles squid. I would prefer less of sweet sauce over it, but it was delicious.
