The best Mexican food restaurant and service in Vallejo. Great prices. Clean. Awesome and friendly workers. They love their business and customers.

The food here is awesome, customer service is more awesome and the service is fast and generous. They gave us some churros for our kids at the end of our meal. They have a chip bar with 5 different salsas and all the fixings for you food you may ever need.

El Tesoro has replaced my rotation of Vallejo taco trucks. It's become my "go to" to go taco and burrito place. Tacos and burritos are generous. There's a salsa & chips bar that I dig into while I'm waiting. I've noticed lots of families and groups enjoying this place on each visit. Nice vibe for Vallejo. Only downer (for me) is no cervesas! Bad parking also.

If you haven't tried this place, you need to. The food is AMAZING. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable. It is very hard for us to find a Mexican restaurant my 6 year old will actually eat at and enjoy the food. All and all I have to say a great place to go whether you are dining in or just want to pick up and go home.

I had such high hopes. I have been here a few times to pick up food for others, the staff was always super nice and quick. This time I decided to order something for myself but was highly disappointed. The meat was not seasoned at all, my enchilada was cold, and cheese not even melted. The beans and sour cream are low quality. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because the many times I have came in, staff was always extremely nice and I am giving this place the benefit of doubt. Hopefully if I order again, it will be a lot better than this.
