VIET PHO RESTAURANT

Everything was amazing !
It's located in the FoodMax shopping center. The owner was so personable and attentive. The food was tasty and fresh. I've been craving pho for months and it totally satisfied my craving. We ordered the fresh spring roll, beef pho , and a rice plate. We will be back soon!

March 2023:
Stopped by for lunch and ordered the pho tai. I was intrigued by the high ratings and was eager to try the pho.

Overall, enjoyed the pho but I thought there could be more beef in the dish. The broth could have used more richness too.

Service was friendly. Would maybe come back if I was in the area.

Great beef soup P1 - Pho Dac Birt. My son ordered C3 Rice with beef and egg roll, he also loves it.

Really Really good Pho! I frequent a lot of Pho spots and this one is my new favorite in Vallejo. The broth is flavorful and delicious every time. Sometimes when you go to a spot their broth is too clear and watery, but not this place. Also, I really like how they season the broth. The noodles have never been overcooked, my pet peeve. The meat and veg are very fresh.

When you drive up to the restaurant it doesn't have any frills, it is just an unassuming little cozy restaurant.

The owner is friendly and recognizes me every time and thanks me for my business.

I rarely write reviews but I really want to get the word out about this place because it is so new and I know it can be hard just starting out as a new restaurant.

If you are debating stopping in, don't hesitate just go!

Great pho, bun bo hue, thai tea and fresh spring roll. Food comes out fast.
