Russian River Pub

Great little stop in the Russian River area. In the spring and summer you can sit outside, and inside is that casual hometown bar feel. Good food, easy atmosphere, acceptable prices. Disclaimer, candid business since it’s the only place on 116 in this area.

I was there during the Russian River flood. Actually trapped in the area. The kind folk that run this place planned ahead, got a generator, stocked up on food ready to ride out the literal storm. This was the only place open to eat for power was out and no way to leave the area. That being the said, I was grateful for any food at all, and the food was OUTSTANDING for a dive bar! The burgers were topnotch, and I have never had better Buffalo wings anywhere. (We went there multiple times) Their salads were huge. Plan to stop by again during calmer times!

Awesome roadside spot with excellent beer on tap and very solid wine list. Unpretentious, cozy, great food.

Basic bar food done really well. Not too greasy / overpowering.

Excellent food! We had the jalapeno burger and a steak sandwich. Excellent! Onion rings and small side salad - also great. The wings smelled amazing and I would try them next time. Wish they had a better beer selection - I prefer a dark stout, but the one option wasn't great. They also have wine, but we didn't try.

I think we were the only non-locals in a Friday night.

Excellent views and access to the Russian River. Great food, house brewed craft beers, friendly service. My favorite is old fashioned cheese burger w/fries.
