Sharing small plates is a dining adventure. Presentation adds to that adventure. Every item can be enjoyed. The desserts are incredible. Take the time for a memorable meal.
The asparagus was delicious. Service was good, but slow to check out. The asparagus soup was s big disappointment. Was cold and the size of a bud vase. Scallops were delicious but overpriced.
Very high priced but understandably so. We tried to eat vegan and the waitress and chef were amazing trying to make something for us which we are very grateful for. The food was alright nothing out of this world but our palate is not that refined to truly enjoy the bold flavors. Homemade pasta was incredible. Inlaws felt the same way but really LOVED the fried chicken thighs. Service was incredible just wish the food was a level higher with another option or two for us vegan but till a very nice fancy place for dinner.
I don't usually give 5 stars on any review, but if any restaurant deserves 5 stars it's this one. Fantastic service, dog friendly (front or patio) obviously a great wine list & oh yeah...the food?? I challenge you to find better food anywhere. Small plates, family style. Mushrooms with poached eggs, Rainbow carrots. Fried chicken with amazing hot sauce & day boat scallops. Yum yum yum! Do NOT skip dessert. Makers Mark ice cream & maple bacon donuts so amazing they should be illegal! 5 stars all the way around.
All the dishes are meant for sharing, and the pasta dishes are all made in house. In the dishes I tried, the flavors (salty, spicy, fatty) we're too heavy-handed. The pastas pretty good though.
