Tisza Bistro

Had the privilege of having dinner here last week. We were welcomed in by more than one server and host. We started with some delicious European wine, then moved on to something more local. Both were great and was impressed by the unique wine selections. We also had several appetizers, started with biscuits and added lingonberry jam (perfect with our wine). The charred octopus was tender and perfectly spiced. Wedge salad second to none, the slice of Bleu and piece of bacon were fantastic, the dressing even better. Lakes with salmon were 💣💣💣. Entrées schnitzel could not have been cooked any better. Duck confit 🔥🔥🔥. Had a dessert sampler and were pleased with both richness and delicacy of them both. I'll be back!!

Delicious food, great people, only a little loud inside.

I was a big fan of Chef Krisztian’s when he was at his location in Windsor but the new location in Healdsburg is even better. Tisza has the feeling of a great neighborhood bistro with a Hungarian flair. This is a great addition to the Healdsburg dining scene and I know it will be a huge success!

Have been looking forward to their opening for a while and it did not dissapoint. Flavors were wonderful. Everybody was happy with their food. Very accomodating to our group of 9 with kids. Will definitely be on our roster of frequented restaurants.
