    Wow! I believe they have a new owner and I must say, these guys have definitely upgraded, not only there make and interior, but the food was off the chain ????
    Everything tasted fresh! That vermicelli & BBQ pork ???????????? Of my... Fresh Spring Roll was delish.... Will definitely be back when I'm in this area again ????

    Based on the salt and pepper calamari alone I'd travel the 1.5 hours it would take me on a regular day driving from home, this day I was in the area and so glad I stumbled upon Simmer. I have been on a pho kick lately and ordered the vegetarian vermicelli, the best I've had to date, plus the staff was attentive giving excellent service. Looking forward to my next visit!
