The Local

Best sandwich we’ve had in the North Bay! And we are sandwich people. I would say it might be even better than some of our sandwich spots in SF. I’m always so surprised that there isn’t a line out the door, which isn’t bad for me. I just hope they stick around, they’ve become one of our favorite spots in town.

We love The Local! Chris and Raul’s talent and creativity is representative in every dish they create. I am always greeted with a calm and friendly demeanor and truly love the atmosphere they have created. I have tried several dishes on their menu and have honestly enjoyed every one of them. My six year old twins absolutely love their “power up” smoothie and the “Redwoods” sandwich. I recently enjoyed the “orange winter salad” and their avocado hummus is absolutely amazing! The Local makes it easy to grab yourself a healthy and fresh meal while on-the-go.

What a hidden gem! Really great sandwiches; fresh ingredients and amazing sourdough bread. The Tropic smoothie had me feeling like I was in Cabo. Would definitely come back.

Everything here is amazing! Creative and delicious sandwiches that you won’t find anywhere else. They also offer gluten free bread for the sandwiches from a local bakery that is phenomenal. Last but definitely not least they have the best smoothies in town!

Such good sandwiches! I’ve already had 3 and all were delicious. I’ve also tried a few juices, smoothies, and the pizza. You can tell The Local cares a lot about the quality of their food. I’ll absolutely be going back again and again!
