Great food, very consistent and excellent service

Good chicken, nice service for the most part. Unfortunately my red beans and rice smelled bad and tasted sour, when I bought it to the clerk's attention, her whole demeanor was sour too. I stood at the counter for a long time before any of the staff addressed me, even if to say "We will be with you in a moment. Other customers waiting too. Oh well too bad.???? Popeyes Chicken in Vallejo runs much more smoothly, food always good, like they know what they are doing. Hate to have a bad review about a chicken spot. I'm am a licensed food handler as well. Many years at every capacity in commercial kitchen. So I know what customer expectations should be met, for my money.

Restaurant clean, my food was served hot however like all fast food eatery there is something sitting under lights. My suggestion order fresh elimating one item from the chicken.(ie, lightly seasoned) Then you'll get fresh hot chicken. Enjoy ????
