    Fantastic food and excellent service. Very hands on, professional staff. We were shocked at how fast the food came out. The spring rolls tasted great and the P11 shrimp pho was exactly what we wanted...

    One of my absolute favorite restaurants in Petaluma. Monica is great, food has excellent flavors, and pricing and portion are generous. BBQ pork bun is the way to go

    Pho broth had great flavor. Nice portions of meat in the combination and very nice prawns. Calamari was fresh with thin good breading. Really tasty fish sauce.

    Good food, good people and good prices! Rohnert Park needs good non chain restaurants and Simmer fits the bill! Something for everyone. Food arrived fast and hot and service was attentive. If you haven't been its definitely worth a stop! Beer and wine are icing on the cake!
