Great Costumer service. And The best Hamburgers in Town for sure.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch recently. I had a giant burger with cheddar and fries. She had the veggie burger. We both liked our burgers. The fries were good too. The only complaint my wife had was with her bun. She thought it was a little big for the burger but it tasted good. I thought both my burger and bun were good.

Overrated and overpriced. I had heard such good things about this place, I had been meaning to try it for a while . I bought six burgers, 5 were burnt black. My was nice and pink but I asked for rare, everyone else asked for medium. My burger had good flavor and had the potential to be great but the bun was so soggy, the onion ring disintegrated on the burger the bacon was overly crunchy to the point of being rock hard. But the garlic fries were amazing, that is the only thing I would bother coming back here for.

I have loved this Burger Joint since the 1960's when I was a kid coming up to Santa Rosa for school clothes. My Mom would always treat us with a stop at Phyllis'. Back then they seemed to be the biggest burgers in the universe! Since then and even after it was sold, Phyllis' has pretty much stayed the same! Great burgers and a myriad of other delights to tweak your buds!

Prices are expected, though a bit up there. Burger was good, but a bit on the greasy side. I do like the ciabatta option, though. Service was top notch. I should have gotten his name.
